The very attractive location of Rawa Mazowiecka in the centre of Poland, near to main communication routes, the company’s potential, the current 100% warehouse occupancy and demand on warehouse spaces and logistic services caused us to take the decision, to develop the real estate of Logis S.A. According to this decision we are going to build modern warehouses with all the infrastructure required on an area of  77 500 square meters.

The investment process will be realized in 4 phases:
